It’s no secret that Practice fusion is among the very few SaaS EHR that provides physicians and medical professionals with one of the best medical practice management technology.
In this post, you will learn how you can create an account and login to your Practice Fusion Dashboard.
First, you need to have an account with a unique email address to use Practice Fusion. If you already have a unique email address, you don’t need to create a new one.
To create an account go to Practice Fusion Sign Up page and fill in the details. After filling in the right details and pressing the Start Trail button. You would be redirected to below page.
Go to the email id that you have used to sign up and verify by clicking on the link provided.
You will be presented with a page that asks you to choose your password. Make sure to choose a strong password.
On the next page, you will be asked a few details about your practice. Fill them up.

Congratulations! You have successfully completed steps to sign up.
In order to Sign in.
Go to Practice Fusion Login page and enter the Email id and Password chosen for the account.
If entered correctly, you will be presented with a dashboard like the below image.
